At Restoplus, I built a production AI voice ordering system using the OpenAI Realtime API and WebSocket streaming. I integrated Twilio and SIP for live calls, transfers, and human handoff.
I continued improving the system by refining AI workflows and prompts, adding prompt caching, and integrating call recording and transcription. I also connected Uber Direct delivery to the ordering workflow.
At Restoplus, I delivered sales dashboards on GCP BigQuery and implemented Point of Sale features including Group Order and Table Booking. Earlier, as an AI Engineer Apprentice at SentiAI, I researched recommendation approaches and built a Selenium scraper for job listings.
