What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move into technical account management for identity-security platforms, where I can combine hands-on IAM expertise, vendor integration troubleshooting, customer communication, and AI-driven process improvement.

At The Doctors Company, I administer SSO, SAML, SCIM, Conditional Access, and Delinea/Thycotic PAM for a regulated enterprise. I serve as the primary technical contact for vendors, resolving identity, REST API, and webhook integration issues while keeping production disruption minimal.

Previously, at Healthcare Risk Advisors, I supported 150+ users and maintained VMware infrastructure spanning 100+ servers and 200 Windows/Linux endpoints. I'm pivoting toward technical account management for identity-security platforms, bringing hands-on IAM depth, stakeholder communication, and AI-driven automation to customer-facing work.
