What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can coordinate programs and partnerships, manage operations with data, and support students or vulnerable communities through mentorship, resources, and strong day-to-day execution.

I’m a Program Coordinator leading and expanding student success programming through the Impact Scholars Program, supporting college students with foster care backgrounds from enrollment through graduation. I build holistic programming that includes mentorship, advising, financial support, and community-building, while strengthening donor relationships and securing funding.

I bring strong operational and people leadership experience from my Human Resource Assistant role, where I oversaw daily operations and managed a team of 13 employees. I developed and delivered safety training, coached staff, coordinated inventory and supplies, and supported HR work including recruitment, onboarding, benefits coordination, policy development, and employee relations.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Case Manager for youth experiencing homelessness across emergency shelter and Transitional Living programs, leading weekly 1:1 support, goal setting, and coordination with DCFS, families, and community agencies. I also supported youth through direct service roles and ensured secure testing environments as a Testing Room Proctor—bringing adaptability, conflict resolution, and a commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
