I'm seeking permanent remote MEL, Data Analytics, programme data, or research roles. I bring 10 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and I’m building advanced data analytics skills to turn data into insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
Juliet Nakitende
@julietnakitende
I turn agricultural programme data into evidence for better decisions.
What I'm looking for
At Sasakawa Africa Association, I lead monitoring, evaluation and reporting for agricultural and rural development programmes, turning programme data into evidence for performance improvement and decision-making. I digitised farmer profiling and expanded the dataset from 5,000 to 17,060 farmers.
I've conducted four baseline surveys, three evaluations and six impact assessments, including mixed-methods work across six districts and an impact assessment across eight districts. I design M&E systems, indicators, digital data collection tools and reporting processes, and use Python to clean and quality-check programme datasets.
Earlier, at the Directorate of Economic Affairs and Research in the Office of the President, I supported M&E systems for government projects, developed monitoring tools and contributed analysis for a Cabinet Information Paper. I also build M&E capacity through training, technical support and practical knowledge sharing.
