Juliet Monroy

I’m a Composite Technician with hands-on experience utilizing advanced composite materials to create finished parts for aerospace work. I’ve supported fabrication through painting/priming and disciplined manufacturing practices.

In my role at Lockheed Martin, I worked with hand laid and prepreg processes, including vacuum bagging and autoclave curing. I also performed quality inspections on composite components and assemblies to ensure each job met standards.

I bring strong operational ownership to every step—prepping tools for layup jobs by stripping and releasing mold, and monitoring curing cycles of parts. I consistently apply problem solving, time management, and communication skills to keep production moving safely and effectively.

Outside aerospace, I’ve built reliability in fast-paced care and service environments, including pet-focused work as an Alpha Genetic Kennels Dog Whelper and customer support in retail and food service. I managed meticulous records during whelping, provided immediate newborn care, and administered medications and supplements as directed by the veterinarian.
