At Jaguar Land Rover (Tata Technologies), I coach software teams towards self-organisation and Agile maturity. I use delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown and Kanban throughput to support practical conversations about flow and predictability.

Previously, as Scrum Master at Golden Diamentions UK, I supported SAFe delivery across software teams, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums.
