I'm serving as Scrum Master at Cognizant for HM Revenue & Customs, coordinating multiple large-scale government digital transformation workstreams. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, align Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams, and remove impediments to sustain delivery momentum.

Previously at AG INFO SERVICES LTD, I implemented Scrum practices, improved stakeholder transparency, prioritised user stories with Product Owners, and helped teams self-organise through continuous improvement.

My earlier work spans manual testing at Shell, business analysis at World First, and financial data roles at RBS, State Street, FNZ, Barclays Capital, Direct Share Deal, BNP Paribas Securities Services, and British Telecom. I bring experience in UAT, regression testing, JIRA defect management, requirements, backlogs, market data, and operational process improvement.
