What I'm looking for
I am an experienced Human Resource and Admin Manager with over 8 years of progressive experience supporting NGOs and corporate organizations, including real estate and oil & gas sectors. I deliver structured administrative leadership, workforce coordination, and process improvements that strengthen organizational systems.
In my current role as Admin/HR Officer at Africa Missions Global, I oversee daily administrative operations, manage project documentation and reporting, coordinate regional chapter activities, and handle onboarding and personnel records. Previously, I led operations and administration at Splash Oil and Gas Inc., improving documentation systems, supporting recruitment, procurement, and logistics.
I hold a BSc in Accounting and am completing an MBA in Human Resources Management; I am SHRM-CP certified.
