What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can lead creator, affiliate or commercial partnerships in Brazil, connect global goals to local execution, build scalable operations and deliver measurable campaign outcomes.

I lead Brazil creator strategy and operations for Meitu/BeautyPlus, translating global objectives into local creator recommendations, campaign plans and market intelligence.

Through Juna Influência, I've built a network of 300+ creators and manage 30+ exclusive talents. I oversee sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activations, payments and performance reporting.

I've coordinated campaigns with 50+ creators at once and contributed to tripling initial sales during a phase of an online education campaign. My work connects audience fit, commercial terms, content delivery and measurable outcomes.

I also bring 13+ years in client, commercial and operational management, including financial-services operations. I lead with clear workflows, proactive communication and disciplined follow-through across remote, international teams.
