Provides day-to-day administrative and personal-assistant support to the company director, including appointments, correspondence, document preparation and follow-up. Coordinates client and supplier communications, project information, procurement requests and delivery follow-ups across electrical, solar, HVAC and cross-border supply work.

Supported planning and coordination for backup-power installations at Kingdom Halls and approved Bethel sites, gathering site details and preparing scopes, equipment needs and project information for review. Coordinated schedules, travel, accommodation, access arrangements and communication with local contacts so installation teams had clear plans and practical site information.

Taught one-to-one and small-group English classes to children aged 3 to 18, with adult learners also taught through iTutor Group. Adapted lessons to each learner's level and interests, using Total Physical Response, visual props and interactive activities to build confidence and communication skills.

Completed small freelance design projects, bringing client briefs through to clear, polished visual deliverables.

Maintained the HOMEMAKERS website and created email marketing materials and digital banners. Managed content for the HOMEMAKERS Expo Instagram account and supported consistent, engaging online presentation.

Completed 160-hour TEFL training and advanced training in teaching English to young learners.
