At Amani School, I created and implemented curricula for early education, preschool, and primary grades, using market research to align educational offerings with the needs of families and the community. I also developed annual academic programs and project-based learning initiatives, and trained teachers in student-centered, constructivist methods.
I led the expansion of the school's educational offerings, developing the operational and curricular structure that supported an 88% increase in enrollment and annual revenue of approximately $310K. I managed annual education budgets of up to $400K and coordinated institutional compliance and accreditation processes with MEP, the Ministry of Health, CCSS, and the municipality.
In my current professional practice at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, I designed the Early Education and Preschool curriculum in response to program changes before CONESUP, restructuring nine courses around learning objectives, schedules, teaching strategies, and academic requirements. I hold master's degrees in Educational Administration and Education, with emphases in Curriculum and Evaluation.
