At Pragma S.A., I designed user interfaces for Éxito and Carulla in the retail and e-commerce sector. My work included interaction design for prototypes, page layouts, and design systems for mobile and desktop websites.
I worked on website flows and sections, including product listing and product detail pages, home pages, checkout, shopping carts, payment, and account screens.
At Palma de web, I worked as a Web Design Team Leader and later as a No-Code Web Designer. I also supported client websites, built basic e-commerce sites and landing pages, and used Google Insights and Hotjar heatmaps to suggest site adjustments.
