At Colas Canada, I lead business systems and process-improvement initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Construction, and Equipment operations. I translate operational needs into requirements, manage risks, coordinate solution partners, and support adoption from discovery through training.

I've helped deliver OnBase Flexicapture vendor statement reconciliation, JDE enhancements for voucher creation and financial processing, and Power Apps workflows for inspections, maintenance, corrective actions, and work orders. I also led the transition from Adra Accounts to Adra Matcher and support Anaplan budgeting and forecasting improvements.

Previously at Wajax and Lafarge Holcim, I supported mobile, web, and digital-transformation solutions for Credit, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT. My work included electronic credit applications, delivery tickets, employee recognition, leave and absence automation, requirements gathering, UAT, process mapping, training, and vendor coordination.

Across more than eight years in business analysis and program delivery, I've focused on making complex processes practical, traceable, and easier for users to adopt. I bring hands-on experience with JDE, OnBase, Power Apps, Adra Matcher, Anaplan, SharePoint, and enterprise workflow automation.
