At Vumacam, I own the programme management layer across IT Operations and Development, connecting delivery, budgets, team performance, cloud-cost visibility, and roadmap execution into one operational picture. I build the workflows, reporting, approval processes, and performance cadences that make execution visible and accountable.

Previously, I stabilised a high-pressure telecoms network rollout by setting delivery expectations, building tracking frameworks, and aligning engineering, the client, and EXCO. The programme’s KPI performance moved from 4% to 106% in four months, while Agile delivery changes cut project timelines by 15% and improved productivity by 20%.

I also built Vumacam’s PMO operating foundation and led a team of 12, introducing governance, standardised methodologies, early-warning indicators, and C-level portfolio reporting. At NTT, I managed the global Microsoft partner marketing relationship and a US$4M+ annual budget, achieving an 80%+ externally validated satisfaction score for process management.

I work best where the scope is broad, the pace is high, and there is something worth building. I use AI daily to reduce noise, accelerate decisions, and remove repeatable work, while staying deliberate about quality and avoiding slop.
