What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help a purpose-led, technology-enabled growth or scaling organisation turn ambitious goals into practical delivery, with visible leadership impact across strategy, operating capability, transformation and execution.

I've spent 15+ years at Rolls-Royce building functions that did not previously exist, from a programme management operating model for a 20,000-person organisation to a new Services & Digital business unit for electric aviation. As SVP, I held cost-centre accountability for nearly 450 programme managers deploying a £600–700m investment portfolio.

I've partnered with CEOs, Executive Teams and Boards through crisis, recapitalisation, growth and divestment, including delivering Rolls-Royce's post-pandemic recovery strategy and leading restructuring communications across a 600-person business. I'm drawn to purpose-led, technology-enabled organisations where I can turn ambitious strategy into practical execution.
