What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I support daily operations through document management, office scheduling, and reporting, while also contributing to Canva-based promotional content and helping with customer inquiries in a collaborative team.

I’m a recent Visual Communication Design (DKV) graduate with experience in administrative support, office administration, graphic design, and content creation. In my HRD and Administrative internship at PT. Pelita Mekar Semesta, I managed administrative documents and files (digital and hard-copy), compiled reports, and organized office documents to keep day-to-day work running smoothly.

I also supported customer inquiries via online platforms and helped with customer service functions, while creating promotional designs using Canva and assisting with photo and video documentation for company activities. I bring a detail-oriented, responsible mindset, and I enjoy collaborating across HR, administration, customs, and marketing teams.
