Informatics student with experience in customer service, social media, and graphic design. Aspiring Virtual Assistant, creative and adaptable.

I am an Informatics student with a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and graphic design. During my studies, I actively managed social media accounts for campus organizations, creating content ideas, visual designs, and engaging with audiences. My internship as a Customer Service taught me how to handle clients both directly and online with patience and effective communication. I am proficient in tools such as Canva and CapCut for content production. Combining my analytical skills from Informatics with creativity from design experience, I am eager to contribute to companies by building engagement and strong customer relationships.
