I am a focused and goal-driven individual with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, graduating Cum Laude from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. My experience as a Barista at Starbucks has honed my communication skills and deepened my understanding of marketing and customer service. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

During my time at Starbucks, I was part of the marketing team, where I utilized my knowledge of beverage products to assist in marketing efforts. I have advanced skills in brewing methods and am adept at using POS systems to manage customer orders efficiently. My role also involved presenting and discussing coffee-related topics during team meetings, showcasing my ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Additionally, I gained valuable experience as an Account Executive and Creative Intern at Maverick House of Creative Media, where I managed client accounts and conducted research to develop creative ideas. My adaptability and problem-solving skills have been key to my success in various roles, and I am eager to bring my expertise to a growing organization that values development and teamwork.
