I'm looking for a data, HR, operations, or business analysis role where I can analyze structured data, track KPIs, build clear reports, and help stakeholders make evidence-based decisions.

At Buckler Systems, I analyze recruitment, workforce, and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. I track KPIs including time-to-hire, hiring funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and workforce utilization.

I clean and validate ATS and internal tracking data, then turn findings into reports and recommendations that help management make evidence-based decisions.
