As a Senior Coordinator, I manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse, monitor inventory levels, and resolve customer complaints related to shipping. I also analyze data to identify trends and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

In my role as Supply Chain Officer, I managed sales and purchase orders, ensured compliance, and maintained customer contact regarding order status. I achieved a lead time of 0-1 day for stocked spare parts and streamlined communication with logistics partners.

As a Logistics Coordinator, I streamlined order handling processes, orchestrated transportation movements, and ensured accuracy in financial records. I also strengthened business ties through attentive support of customer contacts.

In my role as Supply Chain Associate, I coordinated tasks for certifying aircraft spare parts, managed stock levels, and supported the sourcing team. I also reported on various processes and oversaw administrative operations.

As a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator, I managed purchasing and logistics for order fulfillment, liaised with stakeholders, and ensured timely deliveries. I also tracked orders and processed invoices in SAP.

During my internship, I worked in the Quality Department focusing on ISO 9001 standards and assisted in the Ports Operation Department with planning for berthing and container operations.
