At Publicis Resources, I manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement across multiple spend categories. I lead supplier negotiations and run RFP, RFQ, and tender processes, from supplier sourcing through bid evaluation and award recommendations.
I also monitor vendor performance through SLA tracking and Quarterly Business Reviews. I use AI tools for vendor research, financial analysis, and performance monitoring, and apply data-driven insights to identify improvements.
At BIA, I managed procurement of technical parts, including engines, overhaul components, and equipment, working with OEM suppliers across African markets. I created purchase orders in SAP and coordinated logistics and delivery schedules.
I was appointed to lead an international intervention at a newly onboarded BIA warehouse in Europe following operational breakdowns involving lost inventory, non-conformities, shipment delays, and client order disruptions. Earlier, I worked in supply chain and procurement roles at Accenture and ABI SharedServices, and completed a BSc (Hons) Management with Finance at University of Technology, Mauritius.
