I’m seeking a Director of Professional Services opportunity where I can own portfolio financial and delivery performance, build scalable operating practices around customer needs, and support technology that helps social-benefit organizations extend their impact.

At THE NORTH STAR CO., I advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, Professional Services, operational excellence, and responsible AI adoption. I also develop executive frameworks and publish thought leadership on operations, leadership, and the future of work.

As Executive, Delivery Strategy & Operations at LEADOUS, I strengthened governance and capacity planning across a 27-project portfolio. I developed project-health assessments, operational dashboards, and an AI-enabled Campaign Readiness Agent.

At MERGE, I led a 75-person Professional Services and integrated-delivery organization and owned the P&L for a CAD $18 million services portfolio. I maintained gross margins of 46%-54% and increased average billable utilization from 72% to 80% through stronger capacity planning and portfolio visibility.

I’ve worked across the services lifecycle, from presales scoping and implementation to ongoing support and executive escalations. My experience includes SaaS transformations across Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Workfront, Wrike, and Asana, as well as delivery governance, forecasting, and automation.
