At SITIC S.A.S., I provide software and hardware support to retail stores, including Mattelsa, Studio F, and ELA. I triage and resolve incidents for Monómeros, Olímpica, Dollarcity, and Coéxito while monitoring response and resolution times against SLA commitments.
At BAIRESDEV, I built a medical appointment management system in Ruby on Rails integrated with the Google Calendar API. I also collaborated in an Agile team, maintaining code quality and client communication.
On my independent project SHURIKAIZEN, I'm designing an API-only Ruby on Rails productivity platform for freelancers and remote teams. I implemented its data model, including 23 migrations with UUID primary keys, and am building JWT-authenticated API controllers.
