What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow toward systems architecture and broader technical ownership, designing scalable products, integrations, distributed workflows, and AI-enabled engineering systems.

I've built and maintained production SaaS features at 8am and Landed, using Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, and asynchronous workflows. I focus on scalable backend systems, maintainable architecture, and AI-powered engineering processes.

At Landed, I owned the architecture and development of an ATS integration platform supporting 15+ external systems, including Greenhouse, Paycom, and Workday. I also built OpenAI-powered conversational workflows for candidate engagement, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and recruiting operations.

As technical founder of Dely Domicilios, I built an on-demand delivery platform from the ground up, including customer and driver apps, restaurant tools, payments, notifications, and real-time tracking. The platform grew to approximately 15,000 users, 2,000 restaurants, and 300 drivers across five cities in Colombia.

I'm experienced in technical planning, system design, cloud infrastructure, code review, and mentoring engineers. I use AI to improve productivity while keeping engineering judgment, architecture, and code quality in human hands.
