I’m looking for a compliance-focused role where I can manage sensitive case records, communicate clearly with clients, and continuously improve processes using accurate documentation and performance data.

I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) communications and client support specialist who thrives in regulated, compliance-driven environments. I focus on accurate documentation, careful handling of sensitive information, and clear client communication that reduces confusion and keeps cases moving.

In my most recent role as a Legal Assistant, I manage and track administrative cases tied to traffic citation legal proceedings. I review and validate documentation within standardized workflows, maintain confidential client records in internal systems, and communicate case status and procedural requirements professionally.

I’ve also led teams and supported service quality through structured coaching and performance tracking. As a Team Lead and Healthcare Trusted Advisor, I collaborated with cross-functional partners, identified operational bottlenecks, and used feedback to improve service aligned with internal policies and key indicators.

Before transitioning further into case and client support, I built a strong communications foundation through digital content strategy and broadcast work.
