At GuestGenie, I designed and shipped an AI guest-communication agent that handles guest messages end to end, using reservation and property context and escalating to a person when needed. I built its agent infrastructure on Mastra, including tool calling, conversation state, guardrails, and human handoff.
I architected GuestGenie’s four-product platform on NestJS, MongoDB, and Firestore, and built integrations with more than 30 property-management systems. The platform serves property-management organizations across eight countries, with payments and marketplace payouts handled through Stripe and Stripe Connect.
At CLEAR, I led four engineering teams of more than 20 people and drove RESERVE from zero to production; the airport reservation product was deployed in more than 20 airports. Earlier at Whyline, I progressed from Software Engineer to engineering leadership, building queue-management products and leading teams through the company’s acquisition.
