What I'm looking for

I’m interested in working in product development as a Staff, Senior, or Lead, no matter the technology.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the stack, but most of my expertise has been in building modern web applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, and Django. I enjoy solving complex technical problems, improving engineering practices, and turning product requirements into scalable, maintainable software.

Today, my role goes beyond writing code. As a Staff Engineer, I contribute across multiple independent projects while providing technical leadership and guidance to the Frontend Engineering team. I help engineers make better technical and architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, mentor team members, and promote practices that improve code quality and development velocity.

I also work closely with engineering leadership, acting as a bridge between the engineering team and the VP of Engineering. This allows me to contribute not only to technical decisions, but also to broader engineering strategy, communication, and team development. I also manage a Product Designer, helping strengthen the collaboration between design and engineering.

I’m still very much a hands-on engineer. I believe the best technical leadership comes from staying close to the code, understanding the problems engineers face every day, and leading by example.

I’m particularly interested in engineering leadership, system design, frontend architecture, developer experience, and the practical application of AI to improve how software teams build and ship products.
