I am a licensed Civil Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering, specialized in project management, operational efficiency, and regulatory coordination. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on bridging technical engineering with streamlined management to keep complex projects moving forward efficiently.

In my recent role as Project Engineer at INTRACA (UNIT), I managed technical and administrative coordination for large-scale commercial projects with multinational clients like Walmart and PriceSmart. Facing strict operational deadlines and complex regulatory requirements, I revamped our documentation workflows and led institutional permitting, significantly cutting approval timelines and ensuring 100% compliance on key deliverables.

My background also includes hands-on experience in public administration with the Municipality of San José, where I audited building permits and standardized institutional databases to streamline review cycles. Additionally, my time at Concentrix supporting Nike taught me high-stakes, fast-paced technical problem-solving and proactive supply-chain issue resolution.
