I’m an Accounts Receivable Associate recognized for being responsible, collaborative, and team-oriented, with strong adaptability to take on new challenges. I have over one year of experience supporting the U.S. market, strengthening my expertise in financial management, payment reconciliation, and customer support in corporate environments.

In my current role, I accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and outstanding invoices, ensuring proper financial reconciliation. I manage and correct rejected invoices, reprocess payments, process EFT transactions through secure banking systems, and use Salesforce to handle and follow up on customer inquiries. I also generate and analyze reports on open, closed, and in-progress items, and investigate account discrepancies, including credit card payment rejections.
