What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead project-driven improvements in finance operations—using SAP, Concur, and Power BI—to optimize billing, cash application, and collections, with clear KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.

I lead finance operations with a project management mindset, turning complex AR and billing workflows into measurable performance. In my current role, I set KPIs, build Power BI dashboards, and drive service-level and productivity tracking for cross-functional teams.

I strengthen governance and speed up collections through process improvements and automation in SAP and Concur. I handle end-to-end AR—billing, statement generation, cash application, reconciliations, and dispute resolution—while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve complex cases with policy compliance.

Previously, I supported trade and catering receivables through billing, SAP statement generation, cash application, and aging reports, and I worked as an Audit Analyst/AR Collector on reconciliations and customer statement activities. Earlier, I analyzed banking data quality at Citibank and completed HR systems-focused internship work in payroll administration and HR operations, building strong attention to compliance and accurate data.
