At dLocal, I lead Finance transformation initiatives that turn complex operational work into scalable automation. I led a two-engineer squad, grew the portfolio to around 30 recurring solutions, and delivered approximately 600 monthly hours of savings.

I designed an AI-enabled variance analysis workflow using SAP P&L data, deterministic anomaly rules, and Claude Opus, producing KPI, drill-down, and anomaly-explanation reports while keeping Finance users in the decision loop.

Previously at Syngenta, I moved from reporting and accounting operations into global process transformation, where I coordinated automation work, standardized recurring Finance processes, and introduced practical generative-AI use cases through workshops and training.

My earlier work spans business intelligence consulting, economic research, university teaching, and technology ventures. I enjoy sitting between business and technology: understanding how a process really works, simplifying it, and building something people actually use.
