As a technical bachelor with a commercial specialty in accounting and currently a law student, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table. My experience includes working as an accounting assistant and bilingual call center agent at MEDCALL S.A.S, where I supported the accounting processes for residential complexes in Miami. I pride myself on my analytical disposition and ability to work effectively in teams, always striving to provide quality service.

In addition to my role at MEDCALL S.A.S, I have spent 10 months as a billing and collections agent at El Grito NY, where I managed cases of non-payment for a medical company. This position honed my skills in handling sensitive situations and communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including insurance companies and law offices.
