I'm looking to lead scalable talent operations, workforce planning, and people programs in a multi-country or global environment, partnering with senior leaders to improve hiring, talent pipelines, analytics, and organizational effectiveness.

I've led talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and organizational development across Latin America and global environments for more than 18 years.

At Caldic LATAM, I led Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations across 11 countries, built talent pipelines and review processes, and implemented SAP SuccessFactors to improve KPI visibility and scalable recruiting operations. I reduced Time-to-Fill by 11% through process optimization and data-driven execution.

Through Futuro da Carreira and previous leadership roles at Villa Global Education, AES Corp, Diageo, and Integration Consulting, I've built HR structures, early-career programs, governance, and multi-country people processes from the ground up.
