What I'm looking for

I seek remote roles leading rollouts and continuous improvement, where I can drive standardisation, enable teams through training, and deliver measurable operational improvements while collaborating across functions and time zones.

I am a Remote Project & Implementation Specialist with deep experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement and operational rollouts across distributed, cross-functional organisations.

I have driven standardisation and adoption of maintenance planning and IT tools across four sites, enabling ~400 users and supporting ~2,500 employees through hands-on execution and structured problem-solving (Lean, RCA, 5S).

I have provided functional leadership to a team of seven OPEX experts, designed and delivered training programs for specialists and managers across ~25 teams, and led plant-wide CI programs that realised savings of approximately €500k/year.

I am highly comfortable working fully remote across time zones, coordinating global teams, managing change initiatives, and acting as an interface between operations, IT and management to ensure alignment, transparency and sustainable implementation.
