What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first leadership role where I can combine data-driven decisions with coaching and operational excellence—building high-performing teams, stronger customer experiences, and measurable growth.

I bring international experience in managing operations with a strong focus on both people and performance. I lead teams, solve challenges, and balance data-driven decisions with a human touch—so every detail reflects quality and every customer feels heard, seen, and valued.

Right now, I’m an Expert English Teacher at Private Doga College, teaching from Primary to High School. I design curriculum, run assessments, manage classrooms effectively, and use modern teaching methods and technology to support consistent student progress.

Before teaching, I built and managed ventures through JP Consulting Int., including hospitality launches and large-scale retail expansion. I’ve led end-to-end work—strategy, branding, site selection, contract negotiations, operations, and long-term management—and I’ve also directed multi-site marketing operations as a Plastic Surgery Marketing Manager, using market research and cross-platform content to strengthen customer engagement.
