At Dentsu Kenya, I administer Google Workspace and GitHub access, manage GCP project structure and IAM, and run production services on Cloud Run and Cloud SQL. I rebuilt latency alerting around service-wide p95; a seven-day replay of production metrics showed it removed seven false incidents.
I also handle L1/L2 support across internal users and three SaaS platforms, producing monthly cloud cost reports and documenting fixes in runbooks. I operate AWS environments and automated deployments, and previously provided IT support and supported web application deployments and QA testing at Ngamia Haulers.
