At PawaIT Solutions, I supported Google Workspace environments for clients, managing accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls. I also configured core services including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet.
As a Cloud Support Associate Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I built CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline and CloudFormation that reduced release cycles from hours to under 15 minutes. I also designed and deployed microservices-based applications using AWS services.
At AWS, I diagnosed production incidents across microservices and supported deployment verification and rollback procedures. I also implemented IAM policies with MFA and conditional access.
Earlier, I provided IT support at the County Assembly of Nyamira and James Finlay's (Kenya) Limited, resolving user and network issues, preparing workstations, and maintaining connectivity. I'm currently studying Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics at Open University of Kenya.
