I seek a role combining M&E and property experience where I can manage data-driven evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and property/client relations while growing professionally.

I am a dedicated professional with hands-on experience in monitoring & evaluation and property consultancy, combining strong analytical skills with practical field experience. I supported data collection, analysis, report writing, and the development of monitoring tools at the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development.

At Grapple Properties I executed marketing, sourcing, viewings, due diligence, inspections, tenant placement, and sales negotiations, and drafted leases and agreements of sale while liaising with stakeholders. I bring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, and I am computer literate and quick to learn.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Industrial Sociology (University of Zimbabwe) and certification as a Sales Negotiator from the Professional Estate Agent Council of Zimbabwe. I seek roles where I can apply M&E and property/real-estate expertise to deliver measurable results and support organizational growth.
