I’m looking to help clients improve real estate outcomes through rigorous planning, valuation, and risk mitigation. I want to work where financial oversight and efficient reporting drive better investment decisions in the built environment.

I’m a PRINCE2® Practitioner candidate and MSc Construction Project Management graduate with over 4 years of experience in the Zimbabwean real estate and property sector. I specialize in valuation, risk mitigation, and strategic advisory, helping improve investment returns through stronger decision-making.

In my role as a Property Consultant, I support acquisition, leasing, and development decisions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties valued at $8M+. I conduct market research and feasibility studies, and I’ve contributed to 10–15% improvement in projected investment returns while streamlining operational reporting cycles.

Previously, as a Project Coordinator, I coordinated design and construction phases for the 14LS rigs Mimosa workshop project, ensuring compliance with building codes and client briefs. I reviewed contractor claims and variation orders, supported cost control processes, managed document control using SharePoint, and facilitated HSE inductions with PPE compliance.
