What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resources professional who strengthens teams through employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, policy management, and HR systems. I bring an organized, detail-driven approach and a relationship-building style that helps managers and employees move forward with confidence.
Most recently as a Human Resource Business Partner, I updated and revised employee policies to align with federal and state regulations, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. I also created Excel auditing tools to review and track national HR policies, improving accuracy and compliance while keeping policy documentation structured for regulatory readiness.
Across federal and high-volume environments, I’ve served as a primary point of contact for employee relations and supported HR workflows such as SF-52 transaction coding, applicant document review, and onboarding coordination. I’ve worked within systems including USA Staffing, NFC, ESP, and eOPF, and supported job openings, screening, interviews, and onboarding across multiple locations.
I’ve also led HR and benefits at scale, including managing and training supervisors and QC leads for 1,500+ field staff at the U.S. Census Bureau. Earlier, at Tyson Foods, I administered benefits for 130,000+ employees, entered and maintained benefit data in SAP, and created queries using SAP and Microsoft Access—pairing strong operational follow-through with HR analytics and clear communication.
