At Neoassist, I developed features for an omnichannel customer service platform and built telephony, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook integrations. I also acted as tech lead on integration projects and delivered internal engineering training.
I'm building Tutelaris, an AI-powered jurisprudential research platform for Brazilian lawyers. Its multi-agent research pipeline restricts web searches to official court and government sources, and I manage per-query costs through prompt caching, search-depth tuning, and cost modeling.
I'm also building Parssa, a WhatsApp-native AI training and nutrition coach with a companion React Native app. I added a verification layer that checks model responses against database writes, along with an adversarial evaluation suite and cost controls for AI requests.
