At Startgov, I build AI agents end to end, including their harnesses, tool calling, context and prompt engineering, document checkpoints, and evaluation suites. I also designed and built a digital signature system for the State of Maranhão, now serving thousands of state-level users and dozens of municipalities.
Before Startgov, I delivered web applications for clients at RedLayers, including interactive 3D product configurators and CultureCore, an employee recognition platform with redeemable rewards. I’ve worked with Laravel and Vue/Nuxt across SaaS platforms, CRMs, and payment flows, with UI/UX as a priority.
