At SOCADEL’s Dschang agency, I oversee customer reception, cash operations and recovery, including follow-up on unpaid accounts and fund management with the bank and accounting service.
I also ensure customer requests and complaints are handled, and support the development of a team of SOCADEL and partner-company agents through coaching and training.
Before joining SOCADEL, I held the same customer reception, cash and recovery responsibilities at ENEO’s Dschang agency. Earlier, as Head of the Commercial Office at ENEO Koutaba, I followed customer requests, billing accuracy and collection activities.
My experience at ENEO also includes supervising meter-reading and bill-distribution work, tracking billing anomalies, and following new connections. I’ve used tools including CMS, MRA-BOM, Sage 1000 and Power BI in commercial and customer-management operations.
