I’ve supported business operations through roles that mixed day-to-day coordination with reporting and compliance. At GOIL/Accra, I created reports for senior management, monitored project progress, and handled regular updates on uniforms, boots, and other stocked company products.

Before that, I worked as an intern handling tasks like resolving customer questions and complaints, collecting payments and issuing receipts/change, and maintaining accurate records for sales, expenses, and inventory. I also trained new employees on company policies and procedures, and carried out monthly inventory checks and store/warehouse inspections.
