I’m a Cloud & DevOps Engineer with 2 years of hands-on DevOps experience and a strong customer success foundation in technical onboarding and post-sales support. I combine engineering depth with a customer-facing mindset—leading onboarding teams, owning escalations, and driving adoption, retention, and time-to-value.
On the engineering side, I design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and AWS CodeCommit. I provision and configure infrastructure through Terraform and Ansible, administer and optimize AWS and GCP environments for performance and cost efficiency, and manage microservices-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
I’m focused on operational excellence: improving onboarding workflows, reducing onboarding time, optimizing cloud costs, and supporting reliable deployments. I implement observability practices, automated security testing, and secure secrets handling, while also supporting backup and disaster recovery and platform performance optimization across cloud systems.
