As a Technical Consultant at Netsmart Technologies, I serve, functionally as a solutions architect and provide costing estimates, perform pre-and-post sales demonstrations of our most complex data solutions. I also design custom reporting and API-based data pipelines. I serve as the consulting organization's AWS subject-matter expert and administrator.

In my role as Associate Professor of English, I taught undergraduate courses, developed curriculum, and engaged in academic research. I also mentored students and participated in departmental committees.

As an Assistant Professor of English, I delivered lectures, assessed student performance, and contributed to the academic community through research and service activities.

During my tenure as a Visiting Assistant Professor of English, I taught various courses, engaged in student advising, and participated in faculty meetings.
