I’m a Strategic Partner Relations Executive at AJ Bell, focused on being the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and handling day-to-day partner queries with a service-first mindset. I coordinate with internal teams (including investment and operations) to resolve issues quickly and keep delivery seamless.

I lead partner onboarding end-to-end, guiding partners through AJ Bell’s systems, platform services, and compliance processes. I also run regular partner reviews and feedback sessions to address concerns, strengthen relationships, and improve service delivery through proactive relationship management.

On the analytics side, I prepare and present management information (MI) reports using Excel and Power BI to identify trends, track performance, and support decision-making. I’ve applied operational knowledge of SIPPs, ISAs, GIAs, and other investment wrappers, and I work within CASS rules, MiFID II, and KYC/AML obligations when onboarding and reviewing advisers.

Before moving into partner relations, I developed strong communication and organisation skills through roles such as Light Vehicle Technician and warehouse/stock management. I bring that same clarity and accountability to my work—using data-led insights to support client servicing, investment reviews, and retention strategies.
