I seek operations or project coordination roles where I can manage logistics, scheduling, and service delivery while growing into broader project management responsibilities.

I am a project coordinator and operations professional with hands-on experience coordinating deliveries, installations, and service work across Western Canada. I bring a customer-focused approach developed through years in front-of-house and retail roles.

In my current role I coordinate delivery and installation of newly sold equipment, schedule logistics and technicians, manage freight dispatching using CSS, and handle closing, billing, and invoicing for completed work. I apply careful planning and site-preparation practices to ensure projects finish on time and within requirements.

Previously I managed restaurant operations where I recruited, trained, and supervised staff, managed budgets and stock levels, ensured health and safety compliance, and handled customer inquiries and complaints. I have routine experience performing cash audits, supporting kitchen operations, and maintaining service quality.
