Josh Jacobs

I’m a B.Sc. Computer Science graduate with experience in project coordination, digital operations, reporting, and workflow management. In my roles at Dotmac Technologies, I maintained accurate operational records, managed and tracked weekly assignments using digital management systems, and prepared detailed reports for leadership teams.

Alongside project work, I perform remote AI-support tasks including online research and information gathering, AI chatbot testing and response evaluation, transcription, and data entry. I’m especially strong at following detailed guidelines, evaluating information quality, documenting findings, and working independently in remote environments.
