I’m a proactive, highly organized Project Coordinator with over 3 years of experience supporting operational efficiency and cross-functional project delivery. I keep projects on schedule by coordinating internal resources and maintaining clear communication across distributed teams and international stakeholders.

At Dotmac Technologies, I’ve served as the primary point of contact between clients, field engineers, and management—aligning priorities across every stage of project delivery. I led deployment planning and execution across multiple sites, proactively identified project risks and bottlenecks, and introduced process improvements to strengthen field reporting and documentation.

I’m comfortable coordinating technical deliverables in remote, milestone-based settings, including guidance through setup, launch readiness, and post-launch phases. I manage and tracked over 50 site and installation projects, deliver regular progress reports to senior management, and I’m currently pursuing my PMP certification to deepen my project management expertise.
